The one thing that holds a married couple together for life, more than any other, is the attitude of commitment that each has to the marriage and their spouse.

There will be times in your marriage where the sparks fly and you may even hate each other. But you stay together and work it out because you are committed to each other.

In the course of your marriage you will have thousands of opportunities to:

* work though issues
* work on yourself
* understand
* forgive
* apologize
* serve
* be humbled
* be hurt

But you will stay in the marriage because you are committed.

As long as there is a commitment from both partners, that marriage will endure and improve.
No matter how different your partner is, if you are both committed to each other, you will enjoy a progressively better marriage as the years go by.

And there is nothing more important than for a wife to know that her man is totally committed to her and the marriage.
That knowledge will help her to put up with many of his issues. She will stand by him as long as she knows he is 110% committed to her.
