We all carry 'baggage' around with us. These are the affects of pain we experienced while growing up. And this baggage negatively affects the way we deal with people and relationships. It can sabotage everything we do.

The baggage can come from things like emotional abuse by a parent or significant adults, divorce of your parents, poverty, physical abuse of some kind or abandonment by a parent even if they never left the home, but just did not care. Or any situation that a child should not be exposed to such as violence and brutality, sex or other destructive influences.

Any of these things create baggage that we carry with us our whole lives. They affect how we see ourselves and how we deal with people and situations.

These things can cause anger, distrust, resentment, inability to commit, depression, demotivation, irresponsibility, etc.

And in the long-run they can ruin your career and relationships if they are not dealt with appropriately by a professional.

If you have noticed any issues surfacing again and again in your job that cause you to get into trouble at work, or your relationships, then I encourage you to see a professional who will be able to help you find healing.

Get help before you destroy your life.
