Have you heard the name John Wooden? He is the late basketball coach of the UCLA Bruins. A legendary coach and mentor, he prepared his team for the next game in the most unique yet logical manner.
Normally basketball coaches sent scouts to see the competition play and plan accordingly. Instead Coach Wooden would say: "The way to build a team isn't to worry about your competitor; the way to build a team is to play to your strengths. Coach Wooden understood the importance of building your team into a cohesive group of like minded individuals built around accomplishing one game plan.
