We all need tools to market our product and services and this one was created by someone that I know and trust. It's available as either a free or premium version, more on that later.

As with most safelists, you can earn credits by reading other member's emails sent to you and visiting their websites. You can then use those credits to send your emails and websites out to other members. However, there are plenty of unique features that really take To TierMailer to a new level.
TopTier Mailer, like its traffic exchange cousin TopTierTraffic, has a dynamic matrix structure which will reward those who are the most active in reading and clicking the links in emails. There is a running Leaderboard of members who have earned the most credits that week. At the end of the week, those members earn access to email members for the following week without having to use their credits. The higher you are on the Leaderboard, the more members you can email!
TopTierMailer is also radically different from other mailers because you can transfer your credits from WebBizInsider, TopTierTraffic, and SplashPageSurfer into mailing credits at TopTierMailer. This gives you "Credit Freedom"! Earn your credits by surfing at our traffic exchanges and then use them to send solo emails to our members here.
It also has the most complete tracking and analysis of any mailer program on the Internet. When you send an email, you will be able to see how many have been sent, how many were undeliverable (bounced), the number of emails read, and the number of visitors clicked. You can also target follow up emails as well. You can send a follow up email to only those who read or clicked your previous email, or only to those who did not read the last email. These types of sequential mailings have much better results than simply blasting your email to everyone each week. There are Monthly or Yearly Premium levels available. The benefits for these options are fantastic. Both monthly and yearly will receive weekly allotments of credits for mailing, increased mailing frequency, free banner rotation, as well as improved tracking and targeting. Being a Premium Member will also give you 5 times the regular commissions on the purchases of members that you refer to our site. Free Members earn 10% commission, but Premium Members earn 50%! The Yearly Premium Members get a fantastic additional benefit as well. Yearly Premium Members get random referrals from all promotions.
