 | | Great comments everyone. Stretch goals are important as even if you can't make them, you are still capable of more than you were in the beginning. |
| |
 | | Many people simply do not realise the importance of goal-setting. Also, it is of value I believe not to be afraid to set yourself high, ambitious goals as this gives you more chance to achieve what you really want to. |
| |
 | | Goal setting is important to being able to measure where you are at, and what you need to do. It is also a way to rejig goals both current and future. Excellent article. TB&L on its way |
| |
 | | The main goal we set for ourselves six months ago has been achieved in spades. We are well ahead in some aspects and found we were behind in others. We had people tell us that our goals were unrealistic and not achievable. The new goals would seem to these people even more so. You can reach for the stars and achieve them if you choose. |
| |
 | | Great blog, you can never talk about goals too much, they are our purpose for doing things. I have to agree with Anne Long My goals are to first thing on my mind when I wake up, I review them, then decide what I'm going to do today to get closer to fulfilling them. |
| |
 | | Well said, Marion. I certainly reviewed all my goals and options when I retired last year. New goals are very exciting when they start to develop. Wishing you the best. |
| |
 | | The "take away" for me was your reflection on environment. Yipes was my first response. Working on that now. |
| |
 | | Things around us are constantly changing and many of those changes do impact our personal and business life. By regularly reevaluating ones goals you stay proactive which is always better than constantly reacting to things. |
| |
 | | I had to stop in for the read as I feel life goals are important and just as important is to know where we stand in that process if getting what we want accomplished done. |
| |
 | | Good suggestions the review will be helpful in changing plans. |
| |
 | | Great advice, Marian. You are the mistress of your own destiny but once in awhile you need to reset the sails depending on how the wind blows. Love Jim Rohn, too, his legacy lives on! Enjoy your day. |

| |
 | | Excellent post Marian. Unless to stop occasionally and see where you are and re-focus on your goals, you don't know the steps to take next. |
