The English invented soccer.
But despite all boasting the most fanatically watched league in the world (though not the best), the national team lets England down by snatching defeat from jaws of victory every time rendezvous with destiny comes calling.
Year in year out, England thinks every tournament is “their time”.
The world cup in 2010 was “our year”, but it ended without any claim of glory, last savored for the first time during the 1966 world cup.
England will host the 2012 Olympic games and it soccer team has another chance of making it “our year”
But before the Olympics, there is the Euro 2012 that kicks off today in Low-ranked Poland and Ukraine.
Euro Cup is like the World Cup without Brazil and Argentina!
So, will Euro 2012 be “our year” for team England?
