When I retired I wasn't even looking for a way to make extra money. It just fell in my lap. I had a lot of free time and wanted to find something to do. The funny thing is I still have a lot of free time but I am making money doing it!
I spent money in the past with network marketing programs but I never made any money at it. There are so many programs out there that no matter what I did, and I did a lot, I still couldn't get any business. At least I learned a lot if nothing else. Then I found a way to profit off what everyone can't live without: electricity. Everyone has electricity and I can get paid on hundreds or even thousands of electric customers in my downline. All I had to do was talk to a few family members and friends in the 5 (soon to be 6) states that we are in and I got my 10 customers (yes, only 10.)
There are quite a few companies out there but I did my research. I found one company that stood out among the others. The Wall Street Journal is calling it "The Largest Direct Selling Energy Company in the World." That was enough for me. Good track record and good standing with the BBB.
The rest is history. We must be doing something right because we are #1!
