We are almost a quarter through 2012 and SBI users are still using SBI!'s original BlockBuilder (AKA "BB1”) because:
• The simple block-by-block approach is so easy. (If you can stack blocks, you can build a web page.)
• Help is a click away on how to build a site that delivers value to visitors and that ranks highly in the Search Engines.
• It trains users how to optimize each page before its built.
About 3 years ago, Ken Evoy recognized that his best-of-breed product, BB1, was getting dated... even "clunky." However, SBIers who truly know the product are well aware that "clunky and successful" is much preferred over "slick but struggling."
Ken knew he had to soon deliver a next-generation SiteBuilder. But he also knew he had to preserve all of BB1’s strengths while delivering an entirely new experience. He has certainly succeeded because BB2 is loaded with new and powerful features.
