When a leader adjusts quickly to unexpected circumstances, it enables his team to adapt as well. This assists the leader to help team adapt to unexpected circumstances and think out of the box.

Be a risk taker

As a good leader, you should be ready to take the risk when making decisions for your organization. In other words, great leaders have to be comfortable with leading people even in a situation where the outcomes are uncertain.

Share Your Power

One trait of a good leader is sharing power with others. Share your powers by empowering other colleagues. Look at some of the great leaders of all time; they are people who helped others to become successful. By helping others, it proved them a great leader.
