Above prices include basis but are raw with no margin
Basis is adding about $.0268 to the 1 year heat load price
The prices sent out each morning are intended to be a snapshot of a generic customer that uses gas for space heating.
These prices can move up and down significantly through the day.
The intent is to give you a general idea of where the market is early each morning.
Prices do not reflect effects of storage volumes either customer or supplier owned.
