Midwest Business Institute Trade Show Exhibitors,
Details related to the May 23 Trade Show:
Event schedule: 11:00AM - 5:00PM assume people will arrive early so it is best advised to be set up by 10:30AM
Promotional Post Cards: Each of you will receive 100 promotional post cards to distribute to family, friends, colleagues and prospects. Instruct them to print their name and address on the card and bring it with them. The Grand Prize will be drawn from these post cards. Be sure to complete one for yourself.
Set- up time: Exhibitors can begin setting up as early as 8:00AM
Break-down: It is imperative that all exhibitors be done by 5:30 PM. There is another event immediate following the Trade Show and the Holiday Inn team needs to immediately flip the area for the next event.
Electricity: Those who requested electricity can bring their own power strip and extension cord or use the Holiday’s equipment. Please let me know if you want to use the Holiday Inn’s equipment. The Holiday Inn staff will assist in taping the cords to the rug to avoid accidents.
Attendance Prize: Everyone including exhibitors will receive a raffle ticket at the registration/welcome table.
If you choose to donate a prize when drawn the winner will be sent to your booth to get the prize allowing you time to make a connection. Your company and the prize will be announced from the main stage. Please contact me to arrange a time and place to get your donate prize.
Grand Prize: If you choose to donate a prize to be included in the Grand Prize the item donated will be put in the Grand Prize and your company name and the item will be listed in the congratulatory note with all other companies. Please contact me to arrange a time and place to get your donate prize.
Networking Event:
Madelyn Oliver states : "The Holiday Inn is pleased to extend an invitation to our Manager's
Reception on Wednesday, May 23rd to all exhibitors participating in the
Midwest Business Institute's Trade Show. Please join us in Kem's Restaurant
and Lounge from 5:30PM-7:00PM for beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres".
