The biggest threat to the success or failure of your business may not be what you think. In my years of failing forward I noticed that the laws of the game of recruiting don’t waver much at all. What I mean by that is no matter how many people that you talk to about your business the numbers remain very close to the same. Example: a certain percent will say yes, a certain percent will say not interested, and a certain percent will say what they feel you want to hear and do nothing. The percentages do change a little as your personal skill set and company conviction grows. Some times you have to take a step back and honestly evaluate your companies products, services and vision of the future and if they have positioned their representatives to share in the companies future growth.
If you know that you know that your company makes the grade and you are in for the long haul, what are you waiting for? Know is the time to win the numbers game. You only lose if you quit. Never-Never quit it’s your dream.
