Three Steps to Overcoming Fear, Part 3

Well we made it to Part 3 of the Three Steps to Overcoming Fear.  If you think the last step is an earth-shattering secret -- one you have never heard before, well I hate to disappoint you.  This final step is so basic everyone will be surprised (or maybe not).  
The final step is simply this, "Do It", just Do It.  Do what, you ask -- do the very thing that you are most afraid of, the very thing that stands in the way of your progress, your success.  By stepping out to do that very thing, you will begin to experience a life of joy and confidence.  Every time you tackle a hurdle that you were previously afraid to tackle, even if the outcome is not what you desired, your confidence grows.  Just as importantly, you open yourself up to new experiences, new friends, new rewards.

We can never know what we are able to accomplish until we overcome our fears.  Only then can we even begin to really move toward our goals and experience any of the success we desire.

In closing let's sum up those three steps, and more importantly commit them to memory:

    1.  Don't make up stuff to worry about  (get rid of worry -- it drains your resources)

    2.  Commit to what's really important (give your energy only to what's important -- those things that are beneficial to your success)

    3.  Just Do It (Nike may have coined the phrase but they were on point -- don't just think about "doing it")

Now go out and Conquer those fears!
