What are the best things about working for somebody else? Can you name one? two? No? How is it that a Supervisor or Manager can make an easy job really difficult? I have found that when someone is trying to micro manage every little thing you do, it makes life pure hell. Have you ever wondered if there is a book written by someone for people like that follow to the last letter?
When people get promoted is seems as though they loose touch with reality, common sense and really have to show you the power they have by being a butt. They seem to forget that they were once in your place and complaining about the Supervisor and how they hate them for all the hoops they made them jump through. They will go out of their way to prevent you from being promoted, getting a raise-if they are the hierarchy and just causing you to be stressed before you arrive at the job, during the work hours and after you leave the job. Also for some very low wages to put up with every “cism” there is or was created.
Being in the home based business industry is a different kettle of fish. For the most part, yes you do deal with some butt heads when networking and connecting with them on a business basis, but you do not have anyone telling what you can and cannot do or how to chew gum and walk at the same time (sarcasm). Building social connections on the million of sites that’s on the internet, talking or chatting with like minded people who are in the business to make money can be gratifying and powerful-that is the bottom line. Yes, there may be stress with some issues, but it doesn’t have to be because someone else is acting as your shadow for every step you take. If you are motivated and want something out of life other than poverty, you work smart at acquiring your set goal of becoming a successful Entrepreneur. It may not be easy initially, but anything worth having and you have a passion for is worth putting forth all you have into it.
The best part about being the CEO of your own business is that you can work from the comfort of your home. Technology has made it so easy to do conference calls, meetings and making free calls via Skype. Simply Wonderful.
