 | | Well said. It is important in all relationships that we listen to others. |
|
| |
 | | A simple point to make here, that's why God gave us two ears so we can listen twice as much. The person I am today is because I had to listen and apply what I learned. That right there is the key. Thank you all for reading and sharing your comments with me. |

 | | Thank you for the insight, Terri! |
|
| |
 | | Love what you said about business being about more than a sale....it is about relationship building. Thanks for a great post! |
|
| |
 | | In our business we can't create what a client wants without listening. I don't mean listening with the intent to speak. There is no way we can show someone as an expert in their field until we hear it from them. We can't even know where their expertise is unless we listen. There are times they have to listen also. The consumer of the brand has to have input too. |

 | | very interesting and thanks for sharing.... |
|
| |
 | | Very wise words Terri. Relationships are the core to success. It is through relationships that we creat and build teams that are sustainable. Listen to what people say and you will discover what it is they are seeking - and together you can work to achieve the goal. |

 | | Hi Terri a great post. Listening is so important. I never knew for a long time that I was not really listening. It takes time. |
|
| |
 | | I totally agree. Today, I was at a school and I repeated the directions four times.
Some of the students did get were not ready to listen. Therefore, they did not know what to do. listening is an art. |
|
| |
 | | ""Listening to what is being meant, as well as what is being
said."" exactly, a lot of people are not very good expressing themselves. You should always try to understand them and not impose YOUR view...great release Terri! |
|
| |
 | | Great press release, a bump up for you and a thank you.
|
|
| |
 | | You'd be amazed at how much you'll learn by actually listening to someone, rather than just filtering through what they've said so that you can interject your own experience/opinion, etc. We should never stop learning. Great words Terri. |
|
| |
 | | Very Great PR Terri! Thanks for sharing. |

You plan to be with them long-term in business, so it makes sense to do this ! |

 | | Listening is important... and that is why we have two eyes, two ears and only one mouth. Because we should spend twice as much time looking and listening as we do speaking.
Great post Terri. |
|
| |
 | | Terri; this is such a good post. There are way too many people trying to make a success out of their businesses without first getting to know the people that they are asking help from. I agree that relationships are key - especially in my various businesses; real estate investing, freelance writing, acting and modeling. |
