Network Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing or Direct Sales are all similar by the fact that the company recruits distributors to sell the company's products directly to the public. Those distributors, in turn, can recruit other distributors to sell the same products.

Yes, I know, I'm talking to the choir here but someone may be reading this that has never ever heard of Network Marketing.

Having a plan or strategy is important when getting into any type of business. Obviously, the same holds true for those who choose to parnter with a Network Marketing company.

Decide What Business Success Means To You

Begin with the end in mind. Do you want to earn enough money to take that dream vacation so you can check that off your bucket list? Is your goal to build a six-figure business? Knowing your "why" is an important factor in determining your success in Network Marketing.

Create A Schedule For Network Marketing Success

Give yourself a timeline based on the income level that you want to achieve. Specify the number of hours per week that you can devote toward achieving your goal.

For example:
    ~Dedicate 3 to 10 hours per week to your business, if your goal is to work part-time in Network Marketing, so you can earn extra money.
    ~Devote 15 or more hours per week to your business if you intend to recruit others and build a large Netowrk Marketing business.

Take Advantage Of The Training That Your Company Provides

Network Marketing companies design training that can help you with the success of your business. Most of the companies provide training to help with the sales process and to help you understand the product better. These training materials may be in the form of brochures, manuals or recorded audio and video classes.

You should take advantage of the seminars or training sessions that your company offers. The training may take place at live events or virtually with conference calls or webinars. The purpose of these training events is to help you learn about new products and some of the latest business success strategies.

Utilize Professionally Designed Online And Offline Marketing Tools

Most Network Marketing companies provide their distributors with a company website. (Replicated Website) Keep in mind that all of the other distributors are using the exact same website. Set yourself apart from the pack by creating and using landing pages that can lead people back to your company presentation. You brand yourself and control what people see.

Offline materials include business cards, brochures, catalogs and sales flyers that you can also create. These offline materials can send people to the landing page that you created. With these types of online and offline tools you have your very own lead generation funnel.

Use Social Media Sites To Promote Your Business

There is a right way and a wrong way to market on social media. Most Network Marketing companies have guidelines on what you can and cannot say about your company online. You don't want to risk your success by breaking company policy, so read and adhere to those guidelines.
