My In-To-Win Team was started first and foremost with the newbie in mind. It was important to me that the system I created would be beneficial for everyone no matter what their situation. Of course this led me to think about "What is your situation?"

Everyone who ventures to find their fortune online has to start somewhere however, we all start from a different set of circumstances. Your first contact with a new prospect may be a result of their curiosity. These people are not ready to get started but they are at least interested in learning about the possibilities. The best approach may very well be to simply make a new friend. Help this individual in their quest to educate themselves. Build trust first and be patient. Let them know that you are ready to help when they are ready to act.

The benefit of the In-To-Win Team to the curiosity seeker is that they can sign up for free. They can get to know their sponsor, participate in the member's forum and attend live webinars to meet other people in the business. As their comfort level rises, they will eventually get to a point where it makes sense to get started.

Then there are those who are ready to get started. It may seem simplistic but I found that these people generally fall into one of three categories - based on their level of commitment. There are those who can't or don't want to invest much money but are willing to work really hard. There are those who have very little time to invest in a business but they would prefer to invest some cash to make up the difference.

Those first two groups probably only account for about 20 to 30% of all prospects. Then there is the largest group: those who fall somewhere in between the first two groups - they are willing to invest a moderate amount of time and boost their results when their resources allow for it. Of course there will be varying degrees of the time/money ratio but most people are willing to do a certain amount of each.

The plan we have at the In-To-Win Team works in all situations. We can show people how to start small, build fast and grow big or we can also customize a plan for those who have more confidence and experience.

Either way, success is within reach. It does not matter where you start, what matters is whether or not you are going to "Give It A Try" or are you "In-To-Win" - the choice is yours.

Yes Patrick, true indeed. Those are the people that you say "Good Luck With That!" ...ask them to let you know when they find it. Or, you can simply let them know that you will still be here to help when they are ready to be realistic.

Good Post. I have also found that there are those internet marketers who does not want to pay anything at all, and still they also don't want to do any work, expecting that someone will do it for them.

So true Melvin... "I don't like being sold to either." If you have to 'convince' someone to get involved with you, they are most likely going to need to be 'convinced' every step of the way. Who needs that? Give people a reason to 'want' to join you.

Bill, I like the concept of "In-to-win", and generally of the approach to the new contact being one of a relaxed nature; no rushing to show and sell. Those are the kind of situations found on some of the social sites. My personal experience is that I don't like being sold to either. But that is exactly what some folks do and end up loosing a potential customer instead of gaining one.

I would have to agree with your post here Bill, not that I didn't want to. Anyways there are going to be different levels of prospects that would want to join any type of business, glad you have a place ready for all of them.
