Ok you searched, did research, and found a business suited for you,it has a product that is in big demand, promoting it won't take much of your time, and people can afford it. You set your goals, planed your strategy to reach them, and made a commitment to do it. The next thing you should have done was find a way to promote it, get it out in front of as many people as you can. You should set a budget to do this, if you're spending more money than what you're bringing in you will go broke fast, and you can't afford to do that. You have to set a budget, and stick to it, there are many ways to advertise for free. Working with a team (downline), is a great asset. It will make your business grow even faster. To me this was the most important part. I took on a responsibility that would affect other people's lives, as well as my own.A big problem in network marketing is ineffective, incomplete, and sometimes even non--existent training for new downline members. Educating your recruits about the network marketing program, and its commission structure is a good first, but this is not enough. You need to train them in the execution of a real online network marketing system recruiting system. If the benefit of doing this isn't immediately obvious, then take a moment to consider the most frequent complaints that people hear from there downline.
I don't know where or how to find leads. No one is joining them to me. I've been working at this forever, and I'm still not making enough money.
These complaints come from inadequate training. Don't blame your downline or tell them they just aren't motivated enough. They want to succeed just as much if you do. If you cut them loose with no clear path to success they will lose motivation. There's not much point in working a program if you can't get it to work. You took on the responsibility, this is your fault, and only you can fix it,don't blame it on them. Get off your butt, and fix it,and don't procrastinate. Your success depends on their success. Don't forget that, and don't ever let it happen again. When you learn how to do this then you will truly be a success. I think that this is the shortness blog I have written to date, and it's probably one of the most important. Thank you for your time, have a great day. Go IBO Joseph Moran, GDI
