As we have stated on numerous occasions, and again in the forward to this document, that none of our aspirations, or the projected return on investment under the Lend-it-Forward Program, will materialise unless we have a product and a service which we can sell and which a subscriber is prepared to buy from RealStew.

We have done just that:

- We have established a communication Platform that integrates into a cloud-based, searchable database. This includes a Contacts Book, business and accounting systems, and where appropriate, Members can be prompted and reminded of appointments and commitments, all of which serve to streamline all interactions and transactions.

- We have established a Global eco-system with an increasing number of Members joining each day, adding to the probate evidence /data. Each Member is a new customer who can, through profiling, be matched with Businesses that can satisfy their requirements for goods or services and complete the transaction financially.
We have a growing library of Applications and supporting third-party developers who are developing their own apps for the RealStew App store.

- We have an integrated RealCommerce / RealPOS System that provides Merchants / Businesses with real time access to tools which can effect sales (raise invoices) and professionally manage their finances:
- RealMobile is not limited to a communication channel (as WhatsApp is).

We present the RealMobile User with real-time, instant access to all data relating to the enterprise, statements of account, interrogation of stock levels, processing and managing orders:

- Managing and optimising time requires a simple integrated solution:
- On-line auctioning of pre-loved stuff gathering dust in the corner is not only fun but can be a profitable business for astute collectors:
- The Real Estate industry is an obvious vertical market which operates on principles and procedures, followed by all others involved in the Service Trade:
And then there is the Online RealAccounting system:
And it all starts with Sponsors making RealAdvances totalling US$15-00 (under the Lend-it-Forward Program) to enable Members upgrade their RealMobile App to RealMobile+:
We have listed numerous Instant Messaging / Mobile messaging Portals earlier in this document. One of these, WhatsApp, is particular interesting:

1. WhatsApp was founded in 2009 by Brian Acton and Jan Koum, both former employees of Yahoo!
2. In September 2014, the base of active WhatsApp users passed the 600 million mark.

3. Over 10% of users (70 million) are based in India.

4. Facebook purchased WhatsApp for US$US19 billion in early 2014, notwithstanding that the WhatsApp business model precludes advertising on the Platform. WhatsApp’s sole revenue at this stage is its annual US$1-00 subscription fee.

5. On the 6th November, WhatsApp recorded an all-time record of 64 billion messages in a 24-hour cycle.

6. Facebook is mining the content of the messages to improve profiled ad delivery on the FaceBook Portal.

These facts are significant to RealStew as:

1. We have a better broader based product / service offering in our Application than that which WhatsApp has on offer (as detailed in the document).

2. As part of our Marketing Strategy we are aggressively launching in India and then will follow this up in Countries with strategic partners (Ghana, South Africa etc)

3. We have 6 interlinked programs designed to leverage the ability to increase our numbers to a scale larger than WhatsApp.

4. We expect to show huge traffic numbers.

5. We have consent, in terms of our revenue-sharing model, to deliver Created RealAds. WhatApp enjoys no such user-consent.

6. The RealStew proprietary search engine analyses:
· the content of the message;
· the IP address;
· RealCRM content;
· profiling data;
· active interaction with the Mentor;
· location of the User; and
· the social graph of how, with whom and under what circumstances Users interact; so giving us a clear picture as to which ads should be delivered where.

7. The Mentorship Program and access to the RealCashback Program (where the fee is solely payable on success) create a scenario where we can expect to see huge numbers of Created RealAds appearing, whether for commercial products and services or pre-loved items from garages.

8. Traffic numbers with profiled content will result in completed transactions, increased revenue and a growing pool of distributed revenues.

9. We have numerous opportunities to present Profiled RealAds.
10. We will use the same areas to delivery prompts for Users to upgrade their access and use of the Platform with targeted Applications.
