Our bodies need all kinds of good things to stay healthy, and if we want to get the most out of what our bodies can do, then we need to drink lots of water and eat healthy food.

 Eating fruits and vegetables gives our bodies the vitamins and minerals it needs to fight off sicknesses, diseases and cancers, and they help to lower blood pressure too.   

Fruits and Vegetables also have fibre like whole grains do, and fibre is what cleans out our intestines so they don’t become clogged or sick with infection or cancer.

I eat healthy because I want to be able to do the most that my body can do, and I also want to honor the gift God has given me. 

 Eating healthy for me is drinking my quota of water for the day and eating most of the fruit and vegetables raw, and in some cases juicing them or cooking them.

  Nutrients found in dairy and meat proteins help build and strengthen bones and muscles, but eating less saturated fat is just as important for fighting off sicknesses, diseases and cancers, and lowering blood pressure.

Of the best raw vegetables and fruit are bell peppers, broccoli,  tomatoes, carrots. I use these to controll my allergy and alround health. Tomatoes have the nutrients to help with the prostate. Like laughter, eating healthy is good medicine.

The more fruit and vegetables we eat, the more  energy we have and this keeps our hearts beating, our brains alert and active, and our muscles working.
