What is Quality-An Execution of Excellence?
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

William A. Foste provided what I thought is an excellent quotation of Quality. Quality is never an accident it is the catalyst of a reaction good or bad. Products are judged by quality. Potential prospects ask will it work, and how long will it last.
When a new television is purchased the first question asked of the seller is about the quality of the picture, some of those questions include is there high definition, and can I watch more than one channel. Quality may also include the brand name.
Quality involves high intention the determination to act a certain way, it includes performing an action with an unforeseen outcome. In nursing we have a quality control, quality assurance department this team is responsible for the quality of work, documentation, performance and they assure that we remain in compliance with federal, local and state regulations.
I believe in your business it is equally important to give attention to the quality of your product and services. Independent business owners must provide quality products, explanations, and follow up. It takes serious effort to perfect a business.
Deep thought is needed before committing to joining a business. Musicians that perform to entertain the masses are serious about the quality of their voice, look and presentation. We too must be serious about our services and products.
Skillful execution and intelligent direction should guide your decisions, and should be evaluated frequently. Quality is never an accident and it takes intentional effort to perfect your business performance.
