Video Problem Warning

I was chatting with a fellow Internet marketer in New Zealand tonight and he called a particular problem to my attention that I have not even considered before, so I wanted to pass it along to others who may not be aware of it.

I love making videos to promote with or offer personal instructive training where they watch over my shoulder while I do something with the idea that they can duplicate it after that. Being from the United States where most people have unlimited bandwidth Internet Service, it shocked me when he told me that he didn't like watching videos that are too long, because once he passes a certain limit on his bandwidth consumption for any month they charge him $1 per Megabyte for everything after that!

HOLY COW, that's highway robbery!

However it did point out to me that from now on I am going to create a PDF version of all my important instructions to accommodate those that  don't have the liberty unlimited usage provides. I certainly don't want to exclude them from any opportunities or training I have to offer.

For those who are not familiar with creating PDF documents, it can be done for free. The first step is to grab a free copy of LibreOffice

Compose your document in the Writer just like you would with any other word processor, then export it as a PDF, it's that simple.

To include instructive screen shots, the best tool I have found is Jing where you can add annotations and highlight anything important with ease.

Both of these are pretty intuitive and most computer users will have no problem, but if you do there are a lot of good free tutorials around YouTube

Have fun!
