Do the freebies you giveaway on your squeeze pages or websites have real VALUE?

Seriously, how many more Build Your List ebooks will be offered this year with the same old basic steps everyone has read over and over?

  1. Create a Squeeze Page with a free gift
  2. Have an opt-in form they fill out to get it
  3. Hammer them with offers until they buy or die
  4. Repeat from Step 1
I'm not saying you shouldn't offer free gifts and capture email addresses, but do it with positive influences. Offer free gifts that actually have real value and satisfy the needs of your prospects to solve problems, not just fluff and filler with a nice UNIQUE cover graphic and sales page. Of course those are important factors, but not if they recognize the contents as the same thing they read just last week from another free offer.

I know I have been watching my own results plummet for the last few years and only recently came up with a plan to turn it around. I decided to find Digital Information Products I could recreate for a much smaller group to add value that won't be diluted from overuse so quickly that we won't be able to keep up with it. I also look for material that has a higher barrier to entry, so not everyone has the skills and knowledge to put them into action. Now I have real Value I can share with others that feel the same pressure I did when I started this.

No more secret squeeze pages with big promises and no details until after you surrender your contact details. I want people to follow my lead because they WANT to after they experience the VALUE and are driven to desire even more.
