Does Your Email Arrive?

Have You Seen This?

I have seen this message too often (as I reported on another previous PR), but it made me wonder how many of the subscribers on MY list see it from MY emails?

There is a way to avoid this message showing up, even if you use an autoresponder to send a series of messages to promote for you. You simply need to find a way to have an email box at the same server your messages are being sent from, then there is no reason for the message to scare your valuable contacts away.

I'm not sure if this is impossible with the big autoresponder services, but I sure haven't heard of them offering email accounts to anyone.

However, my autoresponder service does. I have a complete cPanel hosting account as well as my autoresponder, so my outbound emails, my website and my inbound email box all have the same server address and it's unique to me.

When I signed up, they gave me the option of using a subdomain off of their main domain (which I did) and since most of my contacts don't type in my domain address (I use links to send them to it), there is little chance it's going to raise a flag of any sort. Actually, I don't think the name looks all that bad anyway.

Most of the time, I use the hosting account for splash pages and advertising, so I could care less if it ever gets ranked by Google (which it's not likely to do anyway), because I have ways to get all the traffic I need and it's very targeted.

A VERY inexpensive solution!
