Just My Opinion

I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers, but it occurred to me (when I went back to edit an old PR) that I liked the habit I got into when I create each new one now. Maybe it's my age showing, but some of them are so hard to read that if they are more than a few paragraphs, I just look for another one to comment on. What I refuse to do, is leave a generic comment  so I don't need to read it at all.

So what I started doing to make sure you can easily read mine, is I write a sub headline at the top, then Bold it, make the font larger and change the color. It's hard to miss that way.

Then I start out writing the content in short paragraphs (that are easy to scan) and try to build interest right away, so you may read a little further.

A little use of Bold, Underline, Italics, Color or even slightly larger fonts keeps interest too, but I use them sparingly so it doesn't look like a flier for the circus. Bullet Points and Quotes when appropriate and a bold ending to finish it off.

When that's done, I highlight the whole body and increase the font size to 16. I try to keep it short, as long as it's over the 250 word minimum, but that's not easy for a long winded old codger like me to accomplish.

Oh if I have a video to include I just write 'video here'. Then when the whole thing is complete, I switch to HTML mode and paste in the embed code where I wrote 'video here'. Then at the end of the video ID, I add ?rel=0 to keep those annoying related videos from showing.

That's my Structure, copy the parts you like!
