Evolving to Perfection

Is Perfection Attainable?

Maybe not, but I guarantee the more you strive for it, the closer you will get!

The other factor to consider, is will reaching perfection get you that much closer to your goal, than consistent attempts that come close over time? If you wait for perfection to do anything, you will be left standing at the train station long after they quit running.

In my opinion (which with $1 will buy you a soft drink), trying is not only the path to success, but it makes traveling it a LOT more interesting. I love creating new methods and the tools that it takes to make them work. I hardly ever repeat the same campaign exactly like it's predecessor. There is always something to tweak (even a single word can make a difference), so I am constantly in search of anything I can do to improve it.

Today I think I made a huge stride closer to my goal of figuring out what was missing in my attempts to get my associates moving in the same direction I am. Just because I added 4 new paid referrals last week, doesn't mean they can see themselves doing the same thing and PERCEPTION is a fact not to be trifled with. It is a LOT more real than REALITY itself. Think about that!

So even though the process is third-grade simple, I created a video for my new referrals walking them through the actual process of setting up a Task on Traffic Swirl to add new paid referrals to AIOP. Not so much to instruct them on the steps (which it does), but to give them an overall view of what they will be doing and how simple it really is.

I will let you know the results!
