2015 Hillsboro Oregon Air Show

It's getting closer to normal, but we still have a ways to go.

My wife had emergency surgery to remove a bad gallbladder and a huge stone that doubled her over on
Thursday the 9th, but she didn't want to miss the Blue Angels this last weekend. We didn't commit to the whole day, but found a shady spot in the local Costco parking lot and got a free show that was pretty amazing.

For the entire 30 minute spectacular show of teamwork and excellence, I couldn't help but think how great it would be to have that kind of synchronization in our marketing efforts. Not that I want to fly eyeball to eyeball at a combined speed of 800 miles per hour with anyone, but getting on the same page for a few positive campaigns would be a nice opportunity to apply the same kind of synergy.

Some people think when you have the same program shown over and over, that it dilutes the impact each person can have, but I find just the opposite effect is usually true. When a prospect sees that other people are jumping on the bandwagon, they want to get their spot too.

If anyone ever does come up with something in high demand and they are the only one offering it, skepticism can put a real damper on anything they can do. There is something to be said about a display of acceptance by several like-minded individuals (and you might even know some of them), that can add to the validity of any project.

So Let's Team Up!
