These 10 thoughts are definitely not unique in any fashion as every successful leader in almost every company adheres to these very principles, and they teach them to their groups. However, they may not all be taught the same the principles are solid and trustworthy.
Rod Smith is my coach and he guides and instructs me in my daily business operations in Organo Gold. He covered these 10 thoughts of a successful leader on one of our weekly Millionaire Mentoring calls. Each week a successful business person that has created huge amounts of success in their Organo Gold business. They teach based upon experience and not theory.
Top ten thoughts of a successful leader
1. Think bigger than you ever thought before. See future of group.
2. Think about success of others first. Get me out of the way.
3. Think better. Improvement mode. Improve myself.
4. Think in detail. Paint a better picture, pictures in High Def.
5. Think in the future. Present is temporary.
6. Think multi-dimensional. Diversity will grow your group. Be multi-dimensional leader.
7. Think the bottom line. End of the day: does it help or does it hurt my business.
8. Think quickly. Make decisions quickly. Council will help you. (provide & protect)
9. Think Team Development. Your team must be on a Personal growth plan. What are you reading and what are you listening to?
a. How to communicate and relate to others.
b. People are the asset not the money.
c. Think Learn from those you lead.
10. Think Superstar. Become a superstar – attract superstars.
These thoughts will help you improve you and your team's production. When implemented, results will skyrocket as self-improvement at all levels occurs. Not to mention, these thoughts help to develop leaders within the organization so that momentum is maintained.
