So the New Year is upon us and you are ready to lose some BIG weight, but before you jump the gun, I want to give you a few things to THINK about.

If you are like most (which I hope you are not), then you’ve been around and around – up and down – through hoops and more hoops when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off.

And if you are like most, you are SICK and TIRED of the unbalance in your life. You are tired of the weight leaving and then somehow magically showing back up at your front door.

For once in your life you are ready for a complete change and transformation in your life. It’s time to get rid of the Yo-Yo diet mood swings and get REAL about your health.

So below I am going to give you 5 of my top SECRET new year’s resolution weight loss goals that will help you achieve your goals starting today, and in the future.

1. Change your Relationship to Food- This is the most important step of them all. The way you view food is going to determine how you will lose or gain weight.

You know which foods are bad or good for you. Your goal should be to reprogram your mind to view the bad food as PAIN, and the good food as LIFE. I teach this concept in my food addiction strategies. Make sure you check it out.

2. Form a weight loss mastermind – Having a SOLID support group is not only going to help you this new year lose weight, but it’s going to help you stay motivated and focused on your desired goals for the long term. Where two or more are gathered, there is much strength. Use this strategy to your advantage.

3. Incorporate Metabolic Workouts- In order to see long lasting results in your weight loss journey, you need to have metabolic workouts in your regime. These type of workouts will help you to burn calories even while you sleep.
