1. Detox your body- The truth is, if you have gained a significant amount of weight, your body is very acidic. When you detox, you give your body a fighting chance to lose all the weight you are wanting to lose.

Try doing a raw food detox for the first 2 weeks out of the month to achieve the best results in losing the weight.

2. Cut out carbs at night- The second most important strategy in losing 30lbs is to cut out all carbs after 4pm. This will give you body the chance to use all the carbs for energy when you workout, then tapping into your fat source for energy. This is huge because when your body taps into your fat cells for energy, you will lose more weight- get it, got it– GOOD!!

3. Incorporate Metabolic Workout- I will be doing a ton of more videos on how to perform metabolic workouts. These type exercises are also known as interval training type trainings or burst trainings where you use an excess of oxygen consumption to perform the workouts. In other words, you exert your body to the limit, which will help you burn more calories, tone, and lose more weight.
