How to Start Losing Weight Naturally and Fast- Alkaline vs. Acidosis

Are you finally ready to start losing weight naturally and fast? That’s everyone’s desire who has put a little weight on over the years.  Is that your DESIRE? In this post I will share with you the first ACTION you need to take to start losing weight fast. Notice I said the first ACTION (singular).

Without this particular strategy, your weight loss journey may be a little delayed. So, before I dive into that strategy, I want to kind of give you a few ways the body is able to lose weight. Each time I take on a new client, we focus on reshaping the body, not just weight loss. There are 3 facets ofweight loss in general, which are:

  • A loss of water weight – since your body is made up of over 70% water, it’s easy to lose this type of weight. Water weight is usually released through the urine, sweating, and defacation

  • Atrophy (catabolism) – atrophy is usually the breaking down of muscle tissue. Since muscle weighs more than fat, you can lose a signifcant amount of weight. This is not what you want. Muscle is going to be the means of how we will reshape the body and raise our basal metabolic rate. I willl discuss BMR or basal metabolic rate in a later post.

Fat Loss- This is what everyone is looking for along with a healthy weight loss regime. The ability to lose fat is easy once you follow simple little preliminary steps. I am going to show you some tricks later on how to TAP into your fat cells 24/7 rather than your glycogen stores (glucose stores)

Okay, now that you understand the different ways of losing weight, I am going to give you the step you need to start losing weight naturally and fast. You’ve heard it before. It’s called detoxifying your body and neutralizing your pH levels.

Let me let you in on a little SECRET.. your body wants to hold on to FAT as long as it can, and it will do so if your body stays in a toxic state. Fat is attracted and surrounded by toxins so the faster you can release them from your body, the faster you will start to lose fat and weight.

Furthermore, once you are able to detox, you pH levels in your blood will began to neutralize. Both go hand in hand like a hand in a glove. You cannot have one without the other. I like to demonstrate this pH level business in the form of a fish tank.

Imagine this fish tank in your house and as time goes by the tank starts to collect algae and feces. While this is happening, the pH of the tank is changing. If the fish tank is not cleaned immediately, fish will start to die off.

The same thing happens in our bodies. When was the last time you changed the fish tank in your body? Most of us treat our cars better than we do our bodies. You only get one body, but you can purchase many cars in your lifetime.. remember that.

If you have a blood pH level of 6 and below, your body is in the acidosis state and you neeed to cleanse and/or change your intake of certain foods ASAP. And remember, life is in the blood, so if your blood is acidic that means disease and sickness can reign in your body. However, if your pH is 7 and above, which puts your body at an alkaline level, diseases such as CANCER cannot reign in your body.

And, your un-wanted weight will start to fall, off because toxins will be released from the fat cells. You see how it works now? I hope so..
