Your next step is to banish all the negative energy that surrounds you and learn how to embrace a positive attitude. Think about things that effect your life and how you will be able to make a difference in your life.
You want to become a better and more confident person so that you can break yourself out of the trance that causes you to use food as a support system. Food can never be a true support system. Letting go of negative influences will not be easy. Do not hesitate to use all means necessary to assist you - meditation, spiritual direction, massage therapy, counseling, etc.. to replace your negative energy with positive energy.
Finally feel good about who and what you are becoming. Be proud of your efforts to help yourself. Know that your goals for yourself are the only ones that matter. The ones you have worked to achieve.
