Are you wasting time trying to motivate people who are looking for something for nothing? To succeed, you should devote your efforts to assisting and motivating those affiliates who have shown a genuine interest in building a business.
Do these simply things:
Develop a method of measuring the progress of those in your network. Don't spend valuable time trying to motivate those who are consistently missing the established goals. Help those who are putting forth the required efforts and getting results.

Strive to have your affiliates become leaders. Be a good leader by setting good examples.
Let your success be the model for your affiliates.
Your affiliates are the foundation of your business. Be honest with them. Don't promote 'pie in the sky' opportunities to them. Be real.
