So the solution is to look for fat burning activities in your daily routine that help you burn calories.This way you can safeguard your fitness without finding time for dedicated exercises.

1. Walk the Extra Mile

Explore some nearby places and drop pounds as you walk. Park your car a little away, walk to a friend’s house to catch up, use staircase rather than elevators or maybe spend 15 minutes taking quick rounds of a park. The idea is to let your body burn calories by enhancing your walking habits. This will also strengthen your heart and lungs.
