Don't stop before your blessing!

So many people STOP right before their blessing! They get tired or discouraged in a moment of weakness they stop, quit or give up! In the process they forfeit blessing they never knew they had coming their way.
It can happen on a personal, spiritual and financial level. It can happen to the best of us and it certainly can catch your brand new Team Member unawares. We must lead by example in this matter! What do our families see & hear? What do our team members see & hear? Do they hear I can't, its too hard, I give up and other negative words / feedback?
So the way to deal with it is NEVER, EVER, EVER QUIT! Keep going, one step at a time. One phone call at a time, one email or video email at a time.
