2nd part, you give exciting details.
3rd part is absolutely crucial!!! It's the call to action. Don't walk on China eggs ( thanks Chuck Bartok for that expression ).
The most important thing is, you have to be excited about the product or service. It will make your writing shine. Otherwise, the reader will be as bored reading it as you were writing it. He won't reach the 2nd parapragh.
