I wake up early every morning working on my part time business before I go off to the J.O.B.
When I reach the success level I desire, are people going to hate me? Will I be villified for being successful? It seems the press and the current Government leaders have a problem with wealthy people to the point that they are being singled out. People have swam the RioGrande, the ocean, walked through the dessert all in hopes to have a better life in America. When you have envy, you will only hurt yourself and clearly you will go nowhere in life with that attitude. Life is not fair, get used to it.
When fairness is the goal, mediocrity is the result. Not everyone wins, thats just how it is. I am SICK of fair. Why try hard, if everyone will make the same pay and not be rewarded for hard work. When everyone is treated the same you get failure. We will never have a untopia, implementing the Robin Hood idea of fairness will never work. You will always have people that are capable of excelling in everything they do while others will just barely make it through the day.
I admire people that are driven to succeed, and I can only hope for myself to ignite that same desire in myself.
