We all love to promote our opportunities on the internet but we must never forget our other market. There are plenty of job fairs, and craft shows, home improvement show and outside fairs to attend. Everytime we go to these shows you can acquire a collection of busines cards. I just recently attended a gun show (yes I did), and got an array of business cards. It was a very busy show so there was no time to communicate one on one, but they will receive an email explaining that I was fortunate enough to obtain their business card at a recent show and I will proceed to ask them to think of me the next time they order business cards. It's a simple concept that works. Back when I was promoting a health and wellness product we did many shows and offered samplings of our product and a brochure or business card for them to take with to look at later. Despite the internet; banners, brochures, business cards, flyers are still a much needed element for your business. I always have flyers with me and business cards everywhere I go and they are always in my car and any car that I use. Never dismiss a venue, or think that this person wouldn't be interested in your opportunity or product. That just means you are rejecting them before you even ask! If you are need of any printed material we have a select offering at this time until full Beta launch, however there are business cards, banners, flyers, car magnets, and borchures available for your business. Happy promoting!

 | | Morning Patricia, thanks for the memory jog. We should all remember who our first contacts were. Have a great day |
| | | | | Hi Patricia. I haven't forgotten about offline marketing and will be ordering more business cards soon. I am preparing my website for offline businesses. |
| | | | | Rejecting people before asking is a common mistake most newbie's make. Thanks for the reminder and much needed advice. |
| | | | | So true Patricia, I do over 95% of my marketing, meeting and helping people in the outside world:) So important, I appreciate your advice:) |
| | | | | | | | | I'm going to take your advice. I have already started picking up business cards when I see them and had planned to do the same thing. Like minds think alike. |
| | | | | Thanks for reminding us about "off line" marketing Patricia. I think we often forget about the real world promotional opportunities we have. |
