  My emotions are part of my being, and give a peek into who I am at my core. Whenever I am emotionally conflicted, I give myself the permission to step away. I am healthier when I take the time to resolve my feelings.
 

  Although it is healthy to process each feeling, it is wise to be decisive. Indecision creates conflict that clouds judgment. I like to approach life with a clear mind.
 

  Emotional conflict leaves room for doubt and anxiety. When I shy away from confronting my feelings, I feel burdened. It makes it difficult to concentrate.
 

  Making difficult decisions brings a host of feelings to the surface. When I make a choice for my well-being, it is sometimes at the expense of bonds formed with loved ones.
 

  My work suffers when I spend time over thinking a decision. When something feels right, I am committed to acting on it. I know that my gut is my closest ally. It is reliable and always there for me.
 

  Listening to my inner voice, coupled with common sense, will rarely disappoint me. My mission is to live the life that makes me happy.
 

  Today, my feelings are important, and I acknowledge emotions for their ability to bring my human side to the surface. I process them in a way that I am able to make smart choices for my life.  
 

 

Ask yourself these Self-Reflection Questions:

1. What are some of the emotional conflicts that I face on a daily basis?

2. What factor do my loved ones play in my decision making?

3. What impact does meditation have on the choices I make?
