Another one bites the dust... Neways Bankruptcy? 500,000 Distributors Shocked!

That was the headlines just a few weeks ago as Neways defaulted on about $235 million of second- lien loans that had matured. Golden Gate, owners of Neways, sought bankruptcy protection for another portfolio company, Orchard Brands, in January after attempts to sell the retailer failed.

Both traditional and modern network marketing companies (mlms)are falling like dominoes from downturns in today's economy to just plain bad business practices.
