I think it is about time that people start knowing the facts about Sisel International. Although the company is only about a year in Multi Level Marketing, the company actually have veteran leaders behind it, starting for Co-Founder Tom Mower, Sr. Tom is a veteran industrial chemist who was instrumental for several well-known companies, including Tahitian Noni and Mona Vie. After bottling for these companies, he decided to start his own company by investing $100 million in a state of the art manufacturing facility in Utah. Sisel's manufacturing facility in Utah is the largest and biggest in the health and wellness industry. It has a capacity to make 500 bottles per minute. The fact that Sisel manufactures its own product allow the company to put a lot more into the compensation plan for distributors. The comp plan is a hybrid going 9 levels wide and 9 levels deep. Although someone can have more than 9 front line persons, it is generally not recommended as it would be counterproductive. The system is designed in that fashion, so it does not limit how much you can make and it does not limit the size of your organization. What it comes down to is this: for every $1 purchase made on Sisel products, the company pays 67% to distributors in the company. It is important to keep in mind that Sisel's compensation plan has NO AUTOSHIP REQUIREMENT to get paid, NO POINTS SYSTEM which take away significant portion of your earnings, and NO MONTHLY QUALIFICATION which make you miss out on residual income you have already earned. For me, those three components are major minuses in a comp plan, so I was glad to learn that Sisel does not have them. And that is why I joined Sisel and I am proud to be a Sisel Distributor.
