Why Products based businesses are reliable.

A lot of internet marketers love to thrash products based MLM companies. Yet, products based MLM companies are the most reliable form of a home based business. Despite efforts by internet marketers to destroy that industry, the fact is that the health and wellness industry is the largest sector of Network Marketing. Products based MLM companies are given kinds of names, some of the more common names include, “Lotions, Portions”, “Juices”, “Noni juices” among others. The names alone is not the problem, it’s how vehement some internet marketers are when they throw around these names. You would think that these companies are the embodiment of evil itself. The tone and the manner of the derogatory comments are very harsh. A lot of times, it is rehearsed. Some internet marketers love to use the tactic of thrashing your company in a conversation with them on the phone, so that you don’t talk about your product, and they talk about theirs. It is a poor method of networking in my view, but it is a common practice. One can’t help but wonder if the pharmaceutical companies aren’t behind the efforts to thrash and bad mouth products based MLM companies. Whatever the case may be, the fact is that products based companies gave birth to the whole idea of a home based business. And when you think about it, what could be more genuine as a home based business, than a business with products that people use on a daily basis. It is an idea that revolutionized the internet, and even to this day, it is something of a rebel. It appeals to millions of people around the world. The idea is simple: an average person can build a home based business simply by buying every day household products from an affiliated third party company, instead of buying it from a supermarket. By becoming an affiliate of a wholesale distributor, the person is in fact entering the world of business, having a direct vested interest in the products that the wholesaler sells through him/her. The business owner becomes somewhat of a franchisee, without the high costs of owning a franchise. Products based MLM companies are more closely aligned with the home based business model than any other form of business. This is partly because most products based MLM companies have household products that people use on a daily basis. So, the business owner, in order to qualify for profit sharing or commissions only need to purchase from the business products that he/she is buying anyway from supermarkets. There is no outlay of new money. There is only a shift of where the money is being spent. To complete the model, all a person has to do is to advertise and promote the business and get other homeowners and other people to do the same thing. Products based businesses are a more reliable form of home based business because they are transparent, has great visibility in terms of the benefits of the products and they possess a higher rate of continuous demand than other forms of businesses.
