Are you helping your downline

There are many people in the home based business arena who often speak about helping your downline. And it is a great idea indeed, but I sometimes wonder, do these people actually do try to help their downline? The reason I ask is that the failure rate in direct selling or MLM or internet marketing is still a whopping 96%. This means that only 4% of people in network marketing or affiliate marketing make money in their business. This sad statistics has got to change. So, what is causing this high rate of failures? More importantly, how can we can about as a community to lower that rate and have more people succeed in their business. As for the first question, it is really EXTREMELY COMPLEX. There are a lot of big factors that contribute to it. And those factors are very strong and indept. Obviously anytime you have a market that is as big as the internet, everyone will want to get a piece. There is no question that the vast amount of companies that are using the MLM model to sell their products plays a huge role in the the failure rate. When you also factor in the fact that every month thousands and thousands of new companies or new opportunities is flooding the internet. A lot of times, it is a pre-launch, some succeed and some fail. Nevertheless, this results in a very deep fragmentation in the industry. And there are a lot of other major factors that contribute to the 96% failure rate. So, then what are some of the ways to start to increase the percentage of success. As noted earlier in this blog, we all have a role to play in this. As internet marketers and network marketers, we have to fully understand that we have a moral obligation to help everyone in our downline to succeed. Whatever tools or resources that we can provide to our downline to make them more productive and more effective in their marketing efforts, we should provide. In fact, helping your downline to succeed is the only way you will succeed in this business. Many people don't have that mentality, and those that do, often times don't know how to help their downline. The most effective way to help your downline to succeed is to make sure that they have a constant supply of leads that comes to them every day. That is a prerequisite to all other recruiting activities. Without leads, there is no blood in the system and as in the functioning of the human body, without blood or leads the system will fail. There are some good sources that will help your downline generate thousands of leads every day into their marketing system. One of the best out there is Veretekk. http://ibourl.com/s6m Patrick Saint-Jean E-mail: psaintjean1@gmail.com http://buildingabusinessonline.net
