You have to brand yourself in any business. Well how did McDonald’s do it? Mailer, commercials, free coupons in the paper…what if you have less money for marketing? In real estate its Networking! Connecting with people and exchanging information over coffee or lunch is a great way to build a relationship and get your name out there. Also social networking websites are a great way to connect and share information. But what about when there were no cellphones and computers. Remember the saying “CLOSED MOUTHS DON’T GET FED”? Of coarse they don’t! Word of mouth is the most powerful free marketing tool ever! For instance when you want to save money what do most people do? CLIP COUPONS…so you go buy the item and say money by presenting your coupon. But then somebody got CREATIVE! This person asked all the right questions like how many times can I save money by clipping coupons and with how many items? Also where can I find sales and coupons? After trying this many times and saving on many items this person shared the method to the madness and how others could benefit and thus came about EXTREME COUPONING. My point is START TALKING! Share your ideas and success and experiences you never know where your going to end up by flapping your gums about any and everything to get your point across. Share if you agree!
