A few team building tips.
Never assume the people you recruit are going to take building your network marketing business as serious as you do. This is a very common mistake. Ask them why they joined and what they hoped to gain and act accordingly. You should be happy to keep anyone who wants to just stay on as a customer instead of trying to push them into something they don’t want to do, because it will just make them quit. Most people do not have the same reason for joining or working a business. Try to tap into why they made the decision to join. Instead of being pushy, be helpful. Do not try to convince them that your system is the next best thing since bottled water. You really have to tap into what people are trying to do and why they are trying to do it. Learn that it is not about you. Just because you think your program or system is great some people just won’t get it. What they do get is their dream.
