All stress begins with one negative thought. One thought that went unchecked, and then more thoughts came and more, until stress manifested. The effect is stress, but the cause was negative thinking, and it all began with one little negative thought. No matter what you might have manifested, you can change it … with one small positive thought and then another.
Each day find something that give you joy and repeat this and improve your mood. I read positive books and inspiring words. I make a commitment to have fun and discipline myself to work on my business with SFI/Tripleclicks. I spend 30 minutes to this task. The stress is relieved by dedicating a certain amount of time and planning before hand what are my actions for the day. This allows me to allay the stress and not worry about I need to make so many points to maintain a level of actions to be rewarded.
