The word "sponsoring" brings up many emotions for people. In the Network Marketing Industry, it is one of the cornerstones for success....those who sponsor...make more money than those who do not..this is a fact.
There are varying factors to sponsoring, and some of them have to do with the choices that are made at the beginning of a business.
Who is your Sponsor:
One of the most critical choices is who your sponsor is in your business...what kind of support system is there in place for you....do you have team webinars, can you do 3 -way calling if you have to...does your team provide you with marketing tools and strategies...do you have places to connect with other team members for support such as skype and other chat rooms...is there true training....you need to develop communication skills, and other skills as well...but communication skills are very important if you want to have great success in sponsoring, can your sponsor and/or team help you with this. Does your group help keep you in the loop...are you trained to help your new recruits , who help theirs.
We are in business for ourselves, but not by ourselves....but if you choose a sponsor who goes MIA as soon as you are a paid member..then you are alone, and most people just quit.
Does the company have a Marketing System in place:
Another key factor is the business you are choosing to join. What do they have in place for you to use in your marketing...do they have a marketing system with an autorespondor set up for you. I am assuming that the company's product is one you are passionate about, and they have an excellent compensation plan that will attract the attention of people. Having an excellent marketing system within the company will help everyone, especially the new person.
Does the company have a special sponsoring program that sponsors for you...this is rare and very helpful.
Are you open to Learning:
Another important factor is your willingness to learn and put time and effort into your business. People who are successful develop themselves into leaders, and this takes time and effort. People you sponsor will trust that you are there for them and there for a long time.
What Marketing Methods have you chosen:
There are many different ways to market, and learning and perfecting marketing will greatly help in accelerating your sponsoring efforts. You can choose one method...learn it well..then add in another one, or work on a "multi stream of marketing".
Successful sponsoring can become a reality for you if you have the right people, company and tools in place.
