If you focus on people..the money will come. This is the lesson
It is so important to do the math and understand how the money is made in the home based business program you are in..this helps for planning and for motivation.
This is the math as far as I understand it in Onex....it is the program I am currently focusing on.
I thought it would be best to show a demo of "you" starting and bringing in 4 personals on your first row. Then these 4 do the same and it duplicates in this manner. I know this is a hypothetical example...but after I understood the Power of 4...I now feel anyone getting into Onex should focus on getting 4 personals to fill their first row ASAP. The example implies this happens in 1 day for everyone....wouldn't that be nice. BTW..with it being $5...this is easy..it is more difficult to find 4 people who will work right away. But if they really understood the math..I think they would.
Onex has an automatic upgrade that buys the next lesson when there is enough money in the QL Reserve. You have full control of this..but I advise you to have it upgrade you to the 4th level of stage 2...you want to keep ahead of your team to receive full commissions on all levels.
Day 1 you start at stage 1 level 1, bring in 4 people and are upgraded to level 2...$20 commissions
Day 2 your 4 bring in 4 and are upgraded to level 2..you have 4 people on level 1 and 16 people on level 2 .....no commissions today
Day 3 64 new people are added to your level 3 , making your 16 level 2 people into level 2 ...all paying you commissions...16x$5=$80 you are now upgraded to level 4 of stage 1
Day 4 256 new people are added to your level 4 ..no commissions from your matrix...now the matching bonuses on your 4 people kick in...4 x $80= $320 you are now upgraded to Stage 2 level 2
Day 5 no commissions from stage 1 ..but remember each matrix from you team members is still growing ...and you have matching bonuses from stage 2 from your 4 personal of 4x$160=$640 and you are upgraded to stage 2 level 4...
Day 6 the people on your stage 1 level 3 are upgraded to level 4...and so you get your level 3 payout from 64 people.... 64x $10=$640
Day 7 the 256 people on your level 4 are upgraded to level 4 ...giving you 256x$20=$5120 plus the matching bonus of 4x$640=$2,560 from stage 1
Day 8 Stage 2 level 2 payout of 16x$80=$1,280 and a matching bonus of 4x$5120=$20,480 from stage 1
Day 9 Stage 2 level 3 payout of 64x$160=$10,240 and stage 2 level 4 payout of 256x $320=$81,920 and matching bonuses of 4x$1,280=$5,120
Day 10 Matching bonus payout of stage 2 level 3 4x$10,240=$40,960 and matching bonus of stage 2 level 4 payout 4x$81,920=$327,680
Note..once a matrix is filled, you start another matrix...with a follow me aspect of your personally sponsored....this has not been factored into this sample.
Now...$5 started all this.....and 4 people you sponsored on your first level
It may look too good to be true, and if you want to check my math ...please do, and correct me if I am wrong...I could be. Remember this is a hypothetical example of everyone on your matrix bringing in 4 people within 1 day of signing up. What if it took a week to find 4 people..then the process would take 10 weeks..and that seems possible;)
Believe in your ability to do this, it may take longer, but it is worth it.
