The Onex program is a simple plan to help people get out of debt. It is designed so that a small investment and minimal effort will achieve this goal.
Either the regular $5 program or the accelerated Onex/LEAP program is chosen and after the preferred program is set up, the next plan is to sponsor 4 people as soon as possible. This is considered the minimal effort that ensures success in Onex.
Setting up this expectation at the interview before signing up a prospect clearly sets them up for for success. The new Onex member can then use the Educational products within Onex to help with building their business.
Set up a plan to find the 4 within 2 days or less. With either the $5 regular program or the LEAP program, one could "pay it forward" for the 4 people. With the $5 program that is an investment of $20 and it would be wise to make an agreement that the PIF'd members do the same. Finding 4 people in this context and so quickly is not a difficult task. This could be found with people you already know.
Who wouldn't want to have the potential of earning almost $500,000 with the scenario of the original business plus the practically 100% matching bonus on 4 people.
