Mobile websites are very hot right now and will be for a long time. You can see the trends by just looking at a crowd of people and see how many of them have mobile phones and of those many have smart phones. Creating mobile websites can be more complicated than a bigger website if you don't have the right tools.

If you are familiar with Wordpress then you should be able to create your own mobile websites and even make some money creating them for other people.
